WHO WE ARE
We are 4A Games! – all our experience, talent, and enthusiasm are directed into creating games with deep stories, unique gameplay elements, and highly-detailed realistic environments. At the heart of the company, there are currently over 150 talented designers, programmers, artists, effects specialists, and writers from all over the world, with diverse and unique backgrounds – bringing countless years of experience in and love towards computer games.
Design, gameplay, atmosphere, and player experience are the pillars of our games. And that doesn’t only touch upon corresponding departments – if any of us has a suggestion, we’re always welcome to share it, even though it may not be directly relevant to what we do every day. Thus, to create the best games we can is the major goal each of us strives towards.
We work hard and play hard together. We are a close family: we play our games daily, we collaborate, we give feedback, we help each other find solutions, and we work to complete milestones as one driven organism. We also love to hang out, party, and explore each other’s hobbies together. Our team includes world-class writers, actors, musicians, and more, so creativity and opportunities to learn something new are always just around the corner!

Our Headquarters office is located in Sliema, Malta, less than 200m from the sea! With local warm climate and abundance of sun, swimming season here is open for 8 months a year and winter time feels like blooming spring. That’s why we love various office getaways such as our yearly catamaran trip and soft ball games. And that’s not to mention that many our employees wear shorts and flip flops to work all year round! The atmosphere in the office is very international and vibrant – our colleagues come from all over the world and bring along their diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Also, considering that one of the official languages in Malta is English, it makes it easier for our employees to adapt to local lifestyle and work environment.
Our newly refurbished Ukraine branch is based in the capital of Ukraine – Kyiv. The city features a fantastic combination of cultural life rooting from both Eastern European origins, and modern urban European lifestyle. The office itself is located in a dynamic city area – Pochaina, just a few steps from a local metro station. Surrounded by a few lakes and malls, the location offers options for both recreation and shopping in the nearby area. The office is equipped with top-notch technologies to enhance creation of the most innovative games. Formed of dedicated fans of our projects, the culture here is very family-like. Some of its main features include Friday picnics on a terrace and frequent table tennis games.
